Vincent Zampelli is a seasoned digital marketing strategist and serial entrepreneur who has worked with thousands of small business clients across the U.S. and beyond. At MBM, he plays a critical leadership role in shaping paid advertising campaigns, brand identity, and high-converting content strategy.

With a sharp focus on Meta Ads and organic content systems, Vincent brings deep expertise in both media buying and creative execution—ensuring every campaign not only looks great but delivers measurable ROI. His hands-on experience in scaling local businesses, e-commerce brands, and high-ticket service providers makes him a driving force behind MBM’s growth engine.

Beyond marketing, Vincent is well-known in the South Florida fitness community and lives by the same principles he teaches: discipline, consistency, and performance. When he’s not building brands or consulting clients, you’ll find him golfing, grilling steaks, or mastering the art of French and Italian cuisine.

Will is the General Manager at MBM, where he specializes in helping local businesses close the gap between where they are today and where they’re headed. With a focus on client consulting, he guides businesses through special offers, funnels, and growth strategies that drive measurable results. His role combines both strategy and execution, making sure every campaign is not only well-planned but also delivers real-world impact.

Passionate about working with entrepreneurs and community businesses, Will has built a reputation for simplifying complex marketing into clear, actionable steps. Whether he’s consulting on conversion funnels or refining offers that resonate with local audiences, his goal is always the same: to help clients grow with confidence and consistency.

Outside of MBM, Will lives by the same discipline he brings to his work. You’ll often find him lifting weights, spending time outdoors hunting, or planning his next trip to Europe. Family, fitness, and travel fuel his perspective giving him both balance and fresh inspiration for the businesses he helps every day.

Bujar Zabelaj has defined his role as a consultant in a variety of business fields, specifically marketing. He has helped companies create their brand, executed marketing strategies & elevated their businesses overall.

His marketing journey started in New York when he built his own agency with local clients in White Plains, NY. Overwhelmed, he decided to join the corporate world and worked at Life Time Fitness. He grew & developed aquatic programming for the entire state of New York at Life Time, taking them to record high volume.

He brought his talents to Florida when Life Time opened a new club in Palm Beach Gardens. He repeated what he did in New York in a variety of departments including Concierge, the Kids Academy & the Life Time Spa.

After meeting Vince, he came on to Modern Business Marketing as a consultant & the rest is history. He has developed an entire sales team that leads with integrity and transparency. He plays a pivotal role in the sales process for the company & is constantly pushing for excellence in product delivery.

Outside of work, Bujar enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd (Moose) who comes with him everywhere! He travels back and forth from Florida to New York to spend time with his parents, sisters & nephews. Fitness is a huge part of his daily routine & quality time outdoors is a must
