    • Weekly Rank Report Emailed on Mondays starting within 30 days of purchase

Service Duration and Policy:

      • This is a 3 month agreement.
      • Services under this Agreement will commence on the start date below and continue each month until a cancellation request is received.
      • Cancellation will require a written 30-day notice of cancellation and must be communicated via email to help@modernbusinessmarketing.com 
      • The Company reserves the right to cancel the recurring services for non-payment. If services are canceled by the Company, due to non-payment of this agreement, all services will cease until payment is made.
      • The Customer acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing terms on a month-by-month basis with no less than a 30-day notice. Payments are due on the billing day of each month for the duration of the agreement and auto billed via debit or credit card.
  • Customer's Representations and Indemnification:
      • The Customer represents that any provided artwork, graphics, or other intellectual property does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
      • The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from the use of Customer-provided materials, including attorney's fees.
  • No Performance Guarantees and Entire Agreement:
      • The Company makes no guarantees of performance, results, or quality.
      • The terms in this Agreement constitute the entire understanding between the Company and Customer, superseding all prior representations or negotiations.
      • This Agreement can only be amended by a signed written agreement by both parties.
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
      • Any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
      • Venue and jurisdiction for disputes shall be in the Sonoma Superior Court in and for Palm Beach County, FL.
      • The initial process may be served via electronic mail and certified mail.
      • Parties waive their right to a trial by jury for any triable issues.
      • No refunds will be issued by the Company.

Exhibit A: Payment Agreement

  • Monthly Service Charges:

    • Social Media Management = $1499 per month
    • Meta Ads Fee: $999 per month
    • Google & YouTube Ads Fee = $999 per month
    • SEO 80 Tracked Keyword = $1199 per month

    One-Time Setup Fee:

    • One-Time Setup Fee = $380

    Price Breakdown:

    • $4696 Per Month - $1196 Monthly Package Discount = $3500 per month
    • $380 One-Time Setup Fee
    • $3880 to get started today & $3500 per month each and every month there after

    Billing Policy:

    • The 1st payment of $3880 will be processed before work is performed.
    • Payments are collected via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) or bank debit card and stored in a secure third-party credit card processor. We do not invoice for digital services.
    • Future monthly payments are automatically charged on the same day of the month as the original payment. In the event of a due date landing on a date outside of a given calendar month, the billing date will be processed on the last day of the given month.

To facilitate seamless and secure transactions for the services provided, kindly complete the information fields below. This authorization enables Modern Business Marketing to process payments for your chosen services via the credit card details provided.

Please be aware of the following terms associated with this authorization:

  1. Authorization: By providing your credit card details and signing this agreement, you authorize Modern Business Marketing to charge your credit card for agreed-upon purchases as outlined in this agreement.

  2. Cancellation of Authorization: You retain the right to cancel this credit card authorization at any point. To cancel, please send a written notice of cancellation via email to help@modernbusinessmarketing.com. This authorization will remain effective until officially canceled. If within the first 90 days of the agreement, you may request to change the credit card on file only.

  3. Data Security and Confidentiality: Your credit card information will be securely stored and maintained for processing transaction payments pertaining to this agreement. Modern Business Marketing is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your financial information.

  4. Acknowledgment: By entering your credit card information and endorsing this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms, and authorize the use of your credit card for transactions related to the services outlined in this agreement.
